It depends on what you need, and how much work is involved. Some food businesses have dozens of employees, multiple POS terminals, extensive inventory, multiple banks accounts, and hundreds of bills to be paid each week. Others have one bank account, no employees, and just a few bills to be paid each month. So I have to know more about your business to quote a price. That’s why I offer a free, 30-minute Discovery Call so we can talk about your business, and determine what you need as far as accounting and bookkeeping service.
Our clients are never under any obligation to to continue our service. We do not have our clients sign any contract that includes penalties or cancellation fees. To cancel our service, all you need to do is send us an e-mail message or call us..
As part of our service, we provide our clients with access to their own private Drop Box. Simply upload any documents we need into the Drop Box. We strongly suggest you do not send financal documents via e-mail.
We do handle Federal and State payroll taxes with our payroll service. Local payroll taxes are not typically covered under some payroll plans, but we can usually handle them for you. We do not file State or Federal Income taxes. Our philosophy is that in order to provide the best accounting service, we cannot be a master of the complexity and nuances of tax codes. To give you the best financial results, we specialize in the bookkeeping and accounting process, and we recommend the income taxes be handled by qualified professionals that can properly represent you in front of the IRS.
We work will work your tax preparer (CPA or Enrolled Agent) to answer questions about your books, so they can prepare your Federal and State taxes. We can also refer you to trusted tax preparer partners, if you want us. State sales tax filing can also be added to our service.
